Can anyone tell me how I can copy a URL from a site and include it with an
e-mail as a link so the recipient can just click on the link to open that
particular site?
URLs are just plain text strings. Copy and paste works. You have no
control over whether or not the recipient's e-mail client will
automatically parse out strings in your message that conform to URL
syntax. If their e-mail client makes URL strings clickable then the
recipient just clicks on the link (hopefully after investigating what is
that real URL link versus what you show them in an HTML-formatted
e-mail). If their e-mail client doesn't make URL strings clickable,
they copy it and paste into their web browser.
