Using Access 2003 to store Emails

I want to use Access to play around with emails. It seems I need to find
out about CDO (Collaborative Data Obects). However, I am wary of
downloading and installing an incorrect version. I am using Office 2003
Professional. Can someone tell me what is the correct version of CDO to
download?

I simply use the example found at

and it worked. I didn't have to install anything! Give it a try.
