Using Access to check out files

Hello,

I have four tables that contain four different file types
that are stored in my file room. I want to create a
database (MS Access 2002) that will allow users to 'check
out' a file that is contained in one of my tables. I was
thinking that I could maybe do this with a toggle key on
the form. Any suggestions or useful websites for creating
this kind of system?

thanks,
Emily

Answered in the Queries newsgroup. Please do not "multipost" - if you
wish to ask a question in two or three (NO MORE!) newsgroups, it's
more polite to "crosspost" - put the names of all the newsgroups in
the Newsgroups line. This saves the volunteer's time and makes it
easier to determine whether your question has already been answered.
