Using access to close excel

I am still have problems with one of my modules. When my mod runs I want it
to do 2 things right away.

1. Check and see if Excel is running
2. If So the close it (but give user the ability to save)

I posted before and was told to use this code

fIsAppRunning("Excel")

This will tell me if it is running, but I am not sure how to use this and
put it in code so that I can close excel....Any help would be great!
