Using Access97 with Office2007

I have office97 pro installed. I bought office home/student 2007 and
want to retain the 97 access capability to maintain existing database
files and save them over to Excel 2007 use. Can I remove all existing 97
program, install 2007 and reinstall access97?

You would be better served by installing Office 2007, selecting the option
to upgrade your prior Office installation, which will retain any program not
included in Home and Student. You will retain Access as well as Outlook if
you have outlook installed.
