Using Active Directory to populate the Enterprise Resource pool

I was hoping to use our Active Directory to populate the
Enterprise Resource Pool, but not sure how to do it. Do I
have to create a group with in the AD to specify for
synchronzation with the resource pool? I also read
something in an article titled :Explore Active Directory
Integration with Microsoft Office Project 2003" about the
Team Members group saying that all new resources are added
to the Team Members group. So should you be using the Team
members as a basis to start building your enterprise
resources?

Start small:
Admin > Users & Groups > Groups
You'll see a grid at the top with some group names. You
can select one of those and Modify. Then type the AD name
to which it will sync... the names must match exactly.

You can sync immediately if you're working on the server
itself, otherwise, you'll have to wait for it to sync by
selecting the nearest time slot and save your changes.

See how it works. I had to make minor changes to my AD
setup, but it worked.
