Using Active Directory to populate the ERP

I have created AD groups to match the groups in Project Server. The sync
works great, but apparently I am doing something wrong. I have four
separate groups. When I sync one group, it deactivates the other three.
Also, I don't see a way to have separate groups automatically updated since
there is only one AD Group entry allowed in Project. How do I set this up
to manage all four groups? Maybe there is a way in AD to create a 'master'
group containing the four individual groups, but I can't see to find that
feature if so.

Have you tried the following:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions
2. Click Admin - Manage users and groups
3. Click the Groups link in the sidepane on the left
4. Select a Group and click the Modify Group button
5. At the top of the Modify Group page, enter the AD group that matches the
PWA group
6. Click the Save Changes button

If you did not perform the above steps, you need to do so for the each PWA
group that matches an AD group. Let us know if this helps.
