Using Activities tab in Public Folders

Does anyone know how to turn on the Activities tab in
Public (shared) folders? We would like to be able to
track journal entries, emails, etc... to individual
contacts, but haven't found a way to do this.

I would be so greatly for any help!

You set up the Activity groups in the Properties dialog for the contacts
folder. For public folders, you'll be able to have only one folder per
group.

Our public folder will not give you the option of choosing
an Activity. When I right click on the folder, go to
Properties, select the "Activities" tab, everything on
that page is locked out so that I can't select it -
including the "New" button....

You must be a folder owner to add an activity group on a public folder.
