I gave instant search a try, unfortunately it is just not meeting my needs.
I need a way to quickly search my LARGE email folder(s) in the background
while continuing to us OL. I did this in OL 2003 by right clicking the
folder I wanted to search and doing advanced find. Is there any way to
duplicate this functionality in 2007? Ctrl-shift-f is OK, but I really want
the right click functionality back!
As a sidenote, I am currently working around this by using this process:
Right clicking the folder->open new window->Expand Query Builder->entering
criteria
This obviously is not ideal because it requires so many clicks and opening a
new outlook window is much slower than opening a advanced search dialogue
box.
