Using Advanced Find

In Outlook 2003, I sometimes use Advanced Find to locate emails with certain
words or phrases. It is unclear to me, however, how this works. Questions:
--How do I find an email that contains the words "contract" and
"inspection"?
--How do I find an email that contains the phrase "on or before December 1,
2003"?
--How do I find an email that has the either the word "environmental" or
"hazard"?

Does anyone know of an article anywhere that discusses the ins and outs of
Advanced Find?
