using alternate calendar

Hi,

I have Windows XP with Chinese language enabled. In OL I
have specified the lunar calendar as an alternate
calendar. While I can see the Chinese dates in the view,
I cannot create an appointment using the lunar calendar.

Funny thing is, in my previous installation, I was able
to!

Any suggestiona to troubleshoot this problem is greatly
appreciated.
