Using an email account from a hosting account

I feel like a real dummy but I need to know how to set up my Outlook to view
messages that are from an email account through GoDaddy.com. Can I set it up
so that this email account will pull directly into my outlook? I have
Microsoft Office Professional 2007 & have not set up outlook yet.
