We have a small office (4 people on 4 computers) where we all share our
business contacts. Currently, when one of us creates a new contact or
upgrades an old one we send it out to the rest of the other people in our
office by right clicking and forwarding the contact to the other people in
our office.
We want to know if there is a way for us to use and exchange account for our
business contacts and at the same time use a pop account for our email. Our
personal contacts would be win the folder with the e-mail. Ideally we want
them both open in the same instance of Outlook. I see it as two seperate
folders in our folder list.
We can get an exchange account from our current ISP. We have tested it
before and it was a bit slow for e-mail but I think that it would be fine for
our mutual contacts. We are on a DSL connection through our local phone
company. We currently use there server for outgoing mail and our ISP pop1
server for incoming mail.
How can we set this up?
Are there people/services who can set this up for us?
We are on Maui, Hawaii. Our ISP is 1and1.com and our DSL provider is
Hawaiian Tel.
Thank you,
John
