Using anchors in forms

Is there any way to "jump" to specific section or any other control by
pressing a button or hyperlink?

I think you are referring to hyperlinks within a document like Word has.

InfoPath does not have this. Instead you can have different views and you
can hide content conditionally.

Best practice wise, if I have more information then what is viewable on a
standrad screen layout I will have additional views and break it up into a
wizard type flow. Complete section one. Select Continue, change to view 2,
etc.

You could modify the view to contain named anchors (see

this would allow you to jump to a specific location in a view, not a control.
