Using "And" Instead of "Or" in a Rule

B

Budhead

I would like to create a rule that looks at the body of a message and look
for a word AND another word--i.e. computer AND network. Outlook 2003 appears
to only allow OR (computer OR network). This seems like a basic thing, but I
don't find a solution anywhere.

Any ideas?

Thank you!

Outlook's rules and filters use "AND" except when the conditions are the
same, then it uses OR - so in your example, it's not possible unless you can
use "computer network". You could use a search folder and use querybuilder
(http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2004/20040927.htm) to locate those
messages instead.
