Using <<ask>> to populate labels & the letter...

We use a third party software program that interfaces with
word and allows us to create mail merge documents to
assist us in mass mailings.

One of the letters I have set up for the assistant to use
prompts him to add the address through a "ask" field. Now
there are also labels that open up as separate document. I
have those set up to simply be blank to allow free data
entry for the addresses.

I am wondering how I can use the addresses that he enteres
using the <<ASK>> prompt to also populate in the labels.
Is there a way to do this?

Thanks for any solutions you may have.

Use an Includetext field to read the bookmark placed by the ASK field in the
first document.

Does your original document have to be saved? Normally we
run these documents in the document window, print them out
& then close w/o saving them. If not, how do I insert the
book mark text using the include text field?

Thanks.
