Small firm... Four full-time consultants and approx. one dozen part-time
consultants... Need to create appointment db to run numerous reports by
consultant, date, clients, etc... Want db to automatically input appt
information into Outlook...
Used knowledge base Q160502 (and this forum) to create VBA to
automatically add appt info to Outlook...
However, adds info for single user... need to add multiple individual
appointments to one calendar...
Is there code for adding to one calendar? Or, should we using seperate
calendars and then combine the calendars to provide for single print
out of where people are and when?
