Using Autotext in Templates

Hi I have created a new template with autotext entries. I have also used the
Organizer tool to ensure that the autotext is moved from the normal.dot to my
template. However when I send the template to another user, even though I
can see the autotext entries in the template (via Organizer) the autotext
entries do not work??

Is there a setting that I need to activate on the other users machine?

The recipient must place the template in his or her Startup folder (if the
AutoTexts should be globally available to all documents) or attach it to a
particular document (to make the AutoTexts available to that particular
document). See
