using batch file to load addin

We have Windows and Office XP Pro installed on your
computers with users logging into their machines over a
domain.

I'm trying to load an addin to each loggin via a login
script which runs a batch file to copy the addin from the
server to the local machine. However, the XCOPY command
doesn't appear to be working. Has anyone experienced this
problem before, and have an idea on what might be causing
the problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
