Hi all, I need some serious help. I don't know how to use BCM in a non-sales
environment. I use BCM to keep track of our media contacts. However, I
don't know how to set up opportunities for PR purpose (it seems that it's
more gear towards sales) and to keep track of media coverage from our email
marketing campaign created on BCM. I've purchased the Outlook 2007 BCM for
Dummies book but it just covers basic setup. Does anyone use BCM for PR here?
