Using callender in different time zones, effecting other dates

Everytime I travel and reset my time zone it effects my whole callendar. Why
can't it effect my callendar from the time I switch zones, not before and not
after I come home from a trip and change back. It is a pain in the ass. Maybe
change color of the for the dates the time zone was changed so you will know
you were in another zone at a glance? Who can I talk to about this update?
