using colums on a report for 1 page display

i am looking for very little infomation from a query, but i would like to
show this on a report. i am using about half the page and it is 12 pages
sometimes. is there a way to use a full page? here is the info i am showing
and would like to see like this

In Report Design View, place the 4 controls, size, tag, grade, and
length, on one line. Resize the report width to just the width taken
by these 4 controls.

In report design view, click on File + Page Setup + Columns.
Set the number of columns to 2.
Place a check in the "Same as Detail" cjheck box.

Save the changes.

Run the report.
