Using Comments within a word document

I am using the Insert Comments function to annotate a
document. One site mentioned that the comment would pop
up, like bubble text, when a mouse passed over the area I
had attached the comment to. That is the effect I want
but my comment is always present, does not go away. Is
there a flag I need to set to have this visible only when
the mouse is dragged across the area in question?
