Using Concordance for inexing from WordPerfect

I have MS Office Word 2003 Teacher and student edition.

I have the manuscript for a book in Wordperfect 12. I also have all but
the index in Word.

Is there a way to use the concordance from WP in Word so I can produce a
Word file?
