I am using a Public Folder on our network to share our
company's contacts and want users to be able to use a
network Journal folder to record phone conversations etc.
However when they click on "New Journal Entry" that
creates the journal entry in the user's personal folders
journal rather than the network folders journal. Any
ideas how I can change the default location the journal
records are saved?
