Using contacts in public folders for printing envelopes in word 20

We use outlook and word 2007 on a domain running Server 2003 R2. Is there a
way to access all of the contacts in the the public folders from word to
print Envelopes? we have some of our contacts visible from the word envelope
interface; but not all of them. Unfontantly, the one we need are not visible.
Can some one tell me how to make them all so up in word So we can use the
addresses to print envelopes?

Are you using more than 1 public folder for contacts? Are all enabled as
address books ? (Check folder properties.)
