using countif

i have three column. in Col A i have a list of items, in
Col B i have the qty sold in last 7 days and in Col C i
have the current stock balance.

I want a summary in one cell which tells me the count of
items where the qty sold in last 7 days > my current stock
balance.

Plz let me know asap
