Using Custom form for new messages sent to me only.

I am created a custom form for my messages, how do I make this custom from
my default message template when I open a message?

If you have Outlook 2000 or later, you can make a registry change to substitute your custom form for the default form for new or received items or both. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm#changedefault . Note that it doesn't work completely for message forms in Outlook 2003.
