Using custom forms in Public Folders/Favorites (Outlook 2003)

Hi,

...help urgently required...

I read in a previous discussion that usage of oulook custom forms in
the offline favorites store is faulty.

Does anyone know if a fix has been released yet? Or has someone come
up with a decent workaround apart from stopping the use of custom
forms on public folders?
