Using custom formulas with data graphics in pivot diagrams

I am using Visio2007 and have created a pivot diagram. I am trying to show a
progress data bar but the max value is the same for each item. e.g. If I
have 2 data columns (Target Revenue, Actual Revenue), how do I show the
actual as a progress on the target revenue for that specific item?

You might use the multi-bar callout in order to enter two fields.

Thanks Al! I picked up on the duplicate function which allowed me to set
each item differently. However, now when I refresh data to update the pivot
diagram, the data graphics revert back to some previous state. How do I make
the current graphics persist after data refresh? Thanks!

I believe you need to make sure that all the shapes in a given level have
the same data graphic.
