Using custom help files in MS Project

I have developed an overlay for MS Project and would like
to be able to call my user manual from the menu.

I have created a .chm file using HTML Help Workshop and I
thought it would be an easy matter to access this using
the VBA method "helpLaunch". This results in the help
window getting pulled up and then just hanging.

If I set the "search" option to True it will display the
help file but it is still hung and can't be accessed (I
have to delete the process).

I don't believe it is the .chm file because this behavior
repeats itself when I use other .chm files.

Has anybody out there supplied a custom help file with
Project?
