using database in org chart

I have an excel file with 2000 rows and few columns including employee ID and
Mnager ID. All Manager Ids are in Employee's Id column. I need to make a org
chart in visio however the wizard pics only 9 rows form the file!!! I need
all relationships to be shown. What is the problem?
