Using DELTA VIEW in Word

J

Jennifer

I have received a copy of a Word file from an outside source. They obviously
have Delta View, because the Styles are "Delta View - Deletion", "Delta View
- Insertion", etc.

I don't have Delta View, but figured it was kind of like Track Changes.
What I did was to delete the text that I wanted to delete, and add text that
needed to be added (as well as changing the font colour to Automatic,
deleting the underline and strikethrough).

I now realise that, as soon as I send the document back to the sender, they
may not be able to see what I've done.

I have tried to change the styles back to Normal, but the document won't
accept these changes.

Any suggestions on what I can do on my end, or what I can suggest my
colleague do on the other end so that they'll be able to see the changes, as
I've made them? I'm worried that it won't work for them to simply "Accept or
Reject Changes" due to what I've done.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Jennifer
