I downloaded one of the templets from office online but there appears to be
something missing. Instructions!!!!!!!

Specifically, I got the one called 6 per page. How do I add more pages of
them? How do I change the [Your Organization] text? Plus any other useful
information you care to pass along.

I used select all from the edit menu then copied all the tickets and text to
the clipboard next inserted a page break at the end of the last page to get
a new page then pasted the tickets and text ...

To change the other text select each line and type your info
