Using e-mail with mail merge

I would like to send numerous messages, mostly the same text but each with
some unique text. Can I send numerous customized messages to as many
different e-mail addresses without handling each one separately, somehow
using Word and Outlook together? Thanks. (PS - I am doing this as a volunteer
is for an arts non-profit.)

That is very possible with Office 2007. Start in Wordâ„¢ mailings tab, start a
mail merge>choose email as the type, then open teh Select recipients and
choose Outlook contacts as source of email addresses. HTH.

You already have the solution in your Subject header: mail merge. Search
Outlook's or Word's included help on "mail merge".

You could also visit the Office site (http://office.microsoft.com), click on
the "Help and How-To" link, select whatever version of Office that you use
(which you didn't mention here) in the "Browse Help" tabbed list, and search
on "mail merge".
