using email data connection with non-outlook clients...

Hi!
I have a form that uses an email data connection when the submit button is
pressed. Works great when the client has Outlook 2k3 installed, but poops
out when they have any other client (even an older version of Outlook).

How can I use an email data connection that will use the default email
client on the PC (eudora, thunderbird, older version of Outlook) etc...??
