Using Entourage as Mail Client when sending from Excel

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I have set my Apple Mail preferences to Entourage as my default mail reader. However, when I try to use the "Send To" function to send an Excel file as an attachment, it launches Mail to send the file. I cannot figure out how to have Entourage launch instead. Anyone have the answer to this?
