Using excel 2003 cannot see Canadian Postal Codes

I am using Excel 2003. In formatting cell (special) I am using locale English
(Canada). In Type I see Phone Numbers and Social Insurance Numbers but cannot
find anything on Canadian Postal Codes. The previous versions of Excel had
Canadian Postal code as an option. Please help.
