Using Excel forms

How can I enter data within an Excel form without getting
the error, "Cannot extend list or database" each time?

If you're trying to enter data using Excel's built in Data Form, this
error will appear if Excel is confused about where the table ends.

For example, if you select the first few rows of the table, then choose
Data>Form, the error will appear if you try to enter a new record.

Or, you may have a range named 'Database', that doesn't include all of
the table. You can change the range definition, to include all the rows,
or delete the range name.

To edit or delete the range name, choose Insert>Name>Define, and select
Database from the list.
