Using Excel from Access

Hello people,

I would like to request some relevent code on how to
functionally use Excel from Access with ease.

I have a procedure that opens Excel from Access populating
a spread sheet with data from an recordset and Excel is
opened for me to see the result. What I have works fine at
first. Continues to work fine after that if I repeat the
operation after closing the worksheet and leave Excel
open. The procedure ceases to work if I close Excel
completely before running the procedure. I have to close
the Access application and open it again to repeat the
whole process.
