using extended MAPI

using extended MAPI

i've been trying to use extended MAPI to embed an attachment into a mail. i
found this link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/168903 that explains in
details how to do it however, the mail that is opened comes with a message:
"outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe objects:package"

has anyone encountered such a problem?

Have you tried to create a message with an embedded OLE objeect through the
Outlook UI and compare it using MFCMAPI or OutlookSpy to that created by
your code?
