Using external address books (e.g., ACT!)

I use Outlook 2000 SP3. I also use ACT! for sales
management. ACT! says I can identify my ACT! address book
within Outlook so when I send an email from Outlook it can
search my ACT! email addresses. But I can't find any way
to identify my ACT! address book in Outlook. Any ideas?
