Using forms to receive information

I have created a form and would like to be able to use it to send out to
users. I want these users to be able to fill out the information in the form
and email it back. I have tried but my email always comes up blank or the
fields are empty.

What exactly are you sending to the users? An .oft file? DId you design a read layout for your form?

I would like to have the user open the email and the form show up so all they
have to do is type in the information and send it back. The way i created my
form was by going to design form; then i selected a template from outlook
folders; message. I then edited the message to include the fields that I
wanted. once I completed the form I went to run this form; Typed in my email
address. When i open the email now I can see the form but my options are
reply, reply all, and forward. I would like it to show up as "send" so they
don't have to reply or forward the form. I can also access this from by
going to "Choose Form" and locating my form. The result is the same.

Have you set the options so that the reply form always sends to you in rtf
format? Usually, one sets this up on the sender computer's contact item.
However, since you are expecting them to reply to your form, you need to force
the rtf format in your form.

In order to accomplish that, you're going to need some code behind the form, which means you're going to have to be able to publish it to the Exchange server's Organizational Forms library. Are you using Exchange as your mail server? Do you have permission to publish forms to that library?
