Hi

I want to be able to easily do multiple calculations on visible cells only. I have my data filtered and am displaying a small subset at a time (up to 200 rows from a 2000 row data set). I know that the SUBTOTAL function allows you to sum or average visible cells only, but can I also do percentiles?

Thanks
Jenny

Look in help under subtotal. You can sue codes 101-111 to do what you want.
