Using From field in OUtlook2003

Hi.
I am hosting several mail domains on my Exchange2003 server and want to send
e-mail on behalf one of the users in one of hosting domains.
When I try to do it, I receive an error message:
"You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance,
contact your system administrator.
MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:/DC=com/DC=intsanko.:Exchange**"

How can I solve this?
