Using full file client install SP for Office XP

Hi,
In the UpdateDeployment document it says I can use the full file version
of Office XP SP2 to updated an Office XP RTM installation. Is the only thing
I need to set is just?:
RequireAllProductsAtMinVersion=0
Can I update an RTM installation to XP SP3 using this method instead?
