Using Gantt Charts in Visio - adjusting quarters

Hi there

Can someone please tell me if there is a way to adjust the quarters in Visio
2003? Not all companies have a fiscal year which runs from Jan-Dec... I would
like to be able to adjust the quarters display to match our fiscal year.
(i.e. Major Unit = Year; Minor Unit = Quarters - from Nov-Oct)
If anyone knows if this can be done, I would appreciate some guidance!!
