I have created multiple custom buttons that launch pre-formatted (subject
and body copy) and pre-addressed (recipient(s)) email messages. I would
normally add a PDF file attachment to the message. To conserve network
space, I have decided I would like to place a hyperlink to a file on our
network. I accomplished that. Currently the body copy reads: "Click here:
file:///\\server\drive\folder\filename.pdf" which is OK. I would prefer to
have "Click here: Daily Sales Report" where "Daily Sales Report" is the Text
to Display and the recipient would click on that to open the file. I can't
figure out how the command line would need to read to accomplish the display
text and still reference a hyperlink.
Any ideas??? Thanks, DJ
