Using hyperlinks in Protected Word forms

I use the typical macro (you can find anywhere) for hyperlinks in a password
protected form. But for some reason, it does not work on every pc in my
company's footprint. It will work on my pc, but not on my co-worker's. Does
anyone know what the reason would be? Is it a personal setting? Is there
anything else you can add to the code?

I know about unprotecting sections, but I did not want to go that route.

Is the macro stored in the document, its template or your normal template?
Does the co-worker have access to the macro and does he/she allow macros
stored in documents to run? Has the co-worker duplicated this macro i.e the
macroname appears twice?

Yes, the macro is stored in the document. The security settings are set to
low or medium (depending on end user), and the macro has *not* been
duplicated.
