I am using Office 2004, mac edition, but go cross-platform to windows
XP office (whatever the latest one is).
I have a big presentation that I have broken down into smaller
presentations. I am hoping to use links to put everything together.
i.e.
Slide 1: comment: begin show
linked_ppt_01
linked_ppt_02
linked_ppt_03
Slide 2: end
what I want to avoid is needing to click on buttons to open up embedded
objects. I simply want the show to advance from the beginning to the
end using the normal right-arrow keys.
As an additional bonus to splitting the big file into smaller
presentations I am hoping to be able to rearrange the total
presentation simply by moving the links.
Slide 1: begin show
linked_ppt_03
linked_ppt_02
linked_ppt_01
Slide 2: end
I have looked at a tutorial on links but the Mac doesn't let me "insert
objects" the way the tutorial suggested.
Can anyone help?
